- This property exhibited structural cracks across multiple areas, including Room 3, Room 4, and the loft. To restore integrity and prevent further movement, we implemented targeted crack repair solutions using HeliBars and bonding grout.
- HeliBars were installed to reinforce weakened masonry and redistribute structural loads, while specialized bonding grout was applied to seal and stabilize the cracks.
